What we deliver
- Scheduled automations (cron) and event-driven automations (new email, new record, status change) built in n8n, using the same tools and the same identity rules.
- Approval steps by default: drafts, proposals and checklists go to a person before anything leaves the company or changes a record.
- An automation registry: what runs, when, on whose behalf, with logs and a kill switch.
- Templates to start with: weekly management summary, quotation follow-up, inbox triage to ERP, order-versus-document check, supplier onboarding pack.
Typical duration: 2 to 5 days per automation once Levels 1 and 2 exist.
Prerequisites. A written description of the process, the approval owner, the failure behaviour you want (stop, notify, retry).
