In a lot of factories, planning in the office and reality on the floor are two different worlds. The schedule says one thing, the line is doing another, and the only bridge between them is a paper traveller, a whiteboard and someone keying yesterday's output into a system at the end of the day. By the time a problem is visible on a screen, it already happened hours ago.

That lag is expensive. Machines sit idle without anyone noticing, quality issues aren't caught until final inspection, and every 'why are we behind?' conversation starts with people reconstructing what actually happened from memory and scraps of paper.

Majorbird connects the two worlds. Odoo Manufacturing, extended with MES and IoT, puts work orders, routings and quality checks on a screen right at the workstation, and pulls live data straight off scales, scanners, PLCs and sensors. Operators see exactly what to make, in what order, with what checks — and the system records what really happened as it happens.

The result is a factory you can actually see: live throughput, downtime and quality instead of a next-morning reconstruction.
